SCM - optimizer

Hello,

We have just patched our optimizer (installed on windows AMD-64bits) with the latest available patch SP13. It is connected to an SCM 5.0 (installed on UNIX AIX 64bits)

Apparently, the executable for SNP01 doesn't seem to work. it wasn't working neither for the former SP11 that we had before patching. So we have to use the one from SP05.

Does anybody have a hint on this ? Is there a 'known' bug about this ?

We had to install SP14 which is fully 64bits.
