Issue with SMTP configuration

Hi friend's

I have configured SMTP by following the Snote at our workplace.

I am following note 455140 for configuration of e-mail to internet users. I tested by sending messages from SAP to my e-mail address of my own domain and the message arraived without problem, but when I sent a messsage to others(gmail,yahoo) the message finished with the error: Internal error: CL_SMTP_RESPONSE ESMTP error code is not known. 554 554 Relay rejected for policy reasons.

I tried to find notes but there aren't for this message error.

Pls if u come to know any solution abt this send to me.

I used tcod's SCOT,SICF,SBWP and SOST to comnfig SMTP.

As the error message clearly states policy reasons, relaying to external domains must have been blocked. Maybe gmail and yahoo must be first added to the SMTP Inbound controls. It is a guess from my end.
