Meaning of RECIPENT ( urgent)

Hi ,

I have one doubt in the meaning of recipient

Project

> WBS

-

---

> Activity ( External)

-

---

> Material is assigned to Activity

When i check material component in that General Data there is field recipient.

Please explain me the meaning of recipient. and it pickup the numerical values . how it calculate ? and from where it pick the values ?

Hi Sunil,

The recepient over there is the Goods Recipient or Ship-To Party. It specifies the recipient for whom the material or the service is destined. It must be picking up the Ship-to-Party from the material master.

Please clear from where this will pick the value ...from material master of Partner from project definition ....
