Is there any way out to prepare a single invoice which is delivered at diffrent dates?

Hi

Through vf04 Tcode we can do single invoice for multiple deliveries

Even if you have delivered in different dates still you can combine into one billing document provided the following criterias common. They are

1. payer

2. payment term

3.incoterm

4.destination country

5. billing date

Go to VF04, put those data,system will combine the deliveries which met these criteria.

Delivery date is not the criteria for combining deliveries into one Billing document.

For combining several deliveries into one billing doc, following data must be same

1. Payer

2. Payment Term

3. Billing date

4. Destination country

5. Incoterm.

So even if you have delivered in different dates, still you can combine those deliveries, provided the above criterias are met.

If I go by your comments [which is delivered at diffrent dates] and assume that you mean the [Actual GI Date] in deliveries, then it is not possible to have one invoice

You can combine multiple delivery documents into single invoice but should be for same sold to party, inco terms, ...
