Workflow display as graphic text

Hi All,

In SRM workflow in EBP where from the text from display as graphic is maintained?

We have a one step shopping cart workflow in SRM 5.0(EBP) and ECC 6.0 as backend.

In our case once the Shopping cart is created and approved, the status is updated as approved and if

I go inside the item details --> Approval then if it is Display as table it shows approved by the agent name.

Same case if I see in display as graphic then the test Result approved is not shown as item approved by in the case of one step workflow.

In the case of no approval workflow it is perfect.

So do we maintain these texts somewhere to display.

Our WF consultant say it has nothing to with the workflow builder.

Any thoughts on this.

Any updates on this.

How to change the text.Though there are no issues in WF other than this, this looks awkward with the text showing as incomplete Shopping cart approved by
