free goods determination

hi sd gurus,

I want to give 2 items as free goods for one main material.

can any one tell what is the copy control settings for this.

Hello,

You can't give two different materials as free goods.

Free goods can only be supported on a 1:1 ratio. This means that an order item can lead to a free goods item.

Agreements in the following form are not supported: u2018With material 1, material 2 and material 3 are free of chargeu2018 or u2018If material 1 and material 2 are ordered at the same time, then material 3 is free of chargeu2018.

u can use free goods concept here

but u need only few determination

1. t-code V/N6

assign standard pricing procedure NA0001 TO UR SALES AREA

2. determine item category for free good

or-norm-free-tan-tann

3. maintain condition type 100% disdount e.g. R100 in u r pricing procedure

4. maintain condition record by t.code VBN1

5. MAINTAIN SCALE

min quantity free good add free good

100 100 1

HI,

Free goods determnation is based on Condition technique and initially you need to maintain the free good master data at T. Code VBN1.

The sales order remains the same and the item category would be TANN as it's free goods.

So firstly you should activate Free Goods Determination for the combination of Sales Org + Dist.Chan + Div + Doc.Pric.Pro + Cust.Pric.Proc......

So, if required maintain copy controls for Order to Delivery and Delivery to Billing which normally would have been maintained.

for freegoods it works on condition technique.u have to maintaiin exclusive process maintain condition recored in VB01

there u have to give main material for that howMany are free.

Use Free Goods Exclusive process to map that functionality.

For 1 Mat X you can give 2 Mat X or Y as Free.
