I have a strange problem, I will try my best to put it in words to you, give me a solution

our client has 4 plants

plant 2 manufactures paper tubes

for it the plant buys 4 raw materials to make a paper tube as finished product

plant 2 supplies this finished product to other plants 1/3/4 also

the production for this plant is very-very difficult thats what the PP consultant is saying...so the client said not to do any BOM etc, just put the raw materials and create order and do the billing thatsit

is production necessary? if yes what are the effects and if no what are the effects please tell me

Go to CS01 and do the following:

- Give the selling part number in Material

- Input Plant

- Choose [5 in BOM Usage]

- Maintain the 4 raw materials with their material code and L on the left side

- Maintain the quantity ie.for selling one final product, how many quantities used. You have to maintain that here

Save the document.

Now you can create sale order and do billing so that your components stocks will be reduced
