Disk Backup Error

Dear Gurus ,

We Using SAP R/3 IDES , Now we configured online backup using disk backup option in initIDS.SAP file . But it terminated with errors . Here below i copy the error log . Kindly advice me to recolve the problem ,

I will now check the notes , But iam not able to get which solution is the correct one for this particular problem .

May be it's permission problem, try to give perrmisions for SAPSERVICE"SID" and "SID"adm user on F:\oracle\ora92\database folder.... Regards.

The "cyclic redundancy check" and the I/O errors most likely indicate that the media is damaged... check the disk.
