Hi
Running EBP 4.0 (SRM server 5.0)
We have a few users who get the messages in EBP in the form of POP-UP's. 99.9% of the users get them as ordinary messages in the message table of EBP.
We have implemented general checks in SRM in BADI
- BBP_DOC_CHECK_BADI and
- BBP_DOC_CHANGE_BADI
How come that some users get POPUP's in EBP?
Note 636880 describes the problem the users are facing, but itu2019s outdated and the problem we are facing seems to be user specific.
Cheers,
Jacob
Hi. It is the "accessibility" option on the log on page that makes the pop ups appear.

Hi. I looked into it a while ago, and there are some docs about it.
I think saplabs were looking at it, but when I looked into it it was not doing a great deal.
Ultimately it is supposed to link into packages for people with disabilities, for example a program to read the data out to blind people and so on, but all I can see it doing on SRM 4 is making the error messages go in pop ups instead of the top of the screen.

Dave.
