Release forecast from DP to SNP but figure not tally

Release forecast from DP to SNP but figure not tally , where should be check ? or release the figure again ..?

Did you deleted the forecast in SNP before the release..?

You could check the log in /sapapo/mc8k

Hi,

It would be better if you release forecast again after deleting previous demand in SNP.

If the mismatches is still there then it is mainly due to the following reason:

1. Due to conversion factor between Sales UoM to Base UoM (If DP and SNP having different Planning UoM)

2. Due to different planning bucket (Generally DP having Monthly buckets only, where as SNP carries Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly buckets based on the business requirements)

I would suggest that you should check product level forecast in monthly buckets in DP and SNP.

Are you transferring Forecast value at same periodicity?

Means day to day or Month to Month

Kindly check the Forecast at Product level.

You could also check the units. Are they the same in DP and SNP? If they are not, conversion changes the values...
