USMM issue

Dear All,

SAP asked me to give the system measurment of production server.but when i m using the transaction code USMM and clicking in system measurment MESSAGE generating 1 measurment job(s) is/are not started or still running

please suggest me...

Check SM66 and/or SM37 if the job is really still running.
