missing page in re-print purchase order

Hi!!!

I'm having a problem when trying to re-print a purchase order.

When I first print the purchase order I get (this is what I want)

Page 1

front page - materials items

back page - conditions of order

Page 2

front page - more materials items

back page - conditions of order

But if I go to the same purchase order to re-print it I get this

Page 1

front page - materials items

back page - more materials items

Page 2

front page - conditions of order

So I'm missing the conditions of order in the first page. Do someone know why is this happening?

The purchase order are being printed out by message.

I think you should execute the TCode again for reprint the PO. The data some times...dnt refreshes...SAP wiered behaviour...

What do you mean with "execute the TCode again" ? Should I create another message? Cause the employee opens Print Preview and from there re printed it.

Can you explain a bit mero the steps?

I think u r printing it thru Tcode ME9K i guess..I am telling to execcute the Tcode again for reprinting it again.

Ah!!! ok! I'm using me51n to print the purchase orders.
