ECC6 Insallation Error (Win2003 Server +SQL Server 2005)

Dear experts:

I have installed the ECC6 with SAPInst.exe .But installation shows error:SAPCAR: checksum error in I:/usr/sap/FRE/SYS/exe/uc/NTI386/disp+work.exe (error 12). I have reinstalled many times,it's fail yet.

OS: Windows 2003 Server

DB: SQL Server 2005

JDK: j2sdk1.4.2

Hard disk: 500G

Have anyone the problem when you install the ECC6 ?

Can you help me solve the problem?thanks in advance.

file been decompressed (SAPEXE.SAR) could be corrupted... have you download a new copy and try to install it again?

your suggesion is useful.I have solve the problem.Now, I have not changed any parameters and followed system suggested parameters.
