Hello,
We have installed a J2EE Engine 7.00 on a windows Nt server (local installation) one month ago.
We were able to connect to it, to customize the UME, the SSO setings, to deploy new components using SDM
without problem.
We just discovered while trying to connect NWDS to the WAS 6.40 that the visual administrator (when we click on server0 or dispatcher) is displaying a wrong host name, and therefore a wrong Ip adress. We are unable to connect the NWDS because of that.
We have checked everithing host file, SAP profiles, environnement variables, (we have no DNS), we can't find the error, and where the J2EE engine gets the wrong host name ...
It's very strange because many others J2EE engine (6.40) have been installed the same way, and we never faced that issue
Any idea would be highly appreciated.
Regards.
Does the correct host name share an IP with any other name on your network?
