Storage location mandatory

I want to make storage location mandatory in delivey. Please let me know where the config need to be done.

I feel in delivery without storage location, you cannot post the goods issue which is a standard feature. Are you able to post the goods issue without a storage location ??

Hi,

At delivery document level, we can call the storage location as picking location also.

For the line items in the delivery document, if you like to make this storage location mandatory, you need to check the check box relevant for picking while configuring delivery item category.

or

If you like to make it mandatory even before saving the delivery document, you can opt for in completion log. specify the field in the in completion procedure assigned to delivery item category

You have to go out of your way to make storage location not required.

Transaction OVLP delivery item category, to can flag that a storage location is required.

Can you explain me why you want to make slog as mandatory . B'coz in any was you wont be able to process to the next level if that field is blank.
