Confirmed Status - Incident Management WorkCenter

Hello everybody!

Can you help me?

I configured the service desk with my own status profile. The profile status works very well but, in the workcenter "incident management" there is a option for confirm the message without open the message (crmd_order), when I select this option the status assing is the E008, but how I'm using my own profile status the E008 isn't the confirmed status.

I need too change this type status for E010, anybody knows where can I change this type status?

Hi,

Add an entry to table ict_custom. Choose "Status value for confirmed messages" as the attribute type, and enter your status (E0010) and status profile to the Value field.

Thanks for your reply. But I have another problem like this.

When I reply message whit status E003(Customer Action) and E005(Solution Proposed) in the workcenter, the status change automatic for confirm.

I check the table ICT_CUSTOM but, there isn't any entries for correct this.

Somebody help me?
