Cost assignment fields do not display in the line item details sections

Hi there

When I look at the accounts assignment overview section in SRM portal, the cost assignment details are not displayed at all at the line items details level. Can anyone help as to why this occur?

Are there any OSS notes that can assist with this.

Are you refering to shopping cart?

Pls provide details on the scenario you are trying to configure and list account assignment related settings you have done.

Hi

Yes, in the account assignment overview section, the cost assignment fields are all empty. There is only the headings of the columns. There are no cells to choose drop down options or anything. The fields do not exist in the line items details level.

Which SRM version are you working on?

See if the foll note shelp:

Note 727897 - WBS element conversion in extended classic scenario

Note 1000184 - Account assignment error when document transfer to back end

Note 444560 - Account assignment check: WBS element entered incorrectly

Note 512102 - WBS element in the shopping basket disappears after check

Note 328441 - WBS element for services disappears

Note 377399 - WBS disappears for shopping basket (BBPPU02)
