availability check

Hi,

In master record, material has base unit of measure as EA.

The delivery unit for this material has been set as 10 EA.

Now my question is during availability checks, whether system would consider delivery units.

hi jamal,

During availability check the sysstem does not check about the delievery unit .

the system only checks whether the quantity requested is available or not i.e if the customer has requested for 100 qty then 100 qty is available or not .

Delievery unit only tell that in what quantity or package the units will bw transfered

if the delievery unit is 10 EA then it means that the material will be delievered in pack of 10

reward points if it helps

No, During availability check System Doesnt consider delivery Unit.

In SAP standard, System does not consider delivery units stored in the material master during the availability check.
