Hi experts,
We are implementing the VAR Scenario in our Service Desk.
We would like to include the feature that when users send P1 messages out of business hours these should be automatically forward to sap, but it is not working.
We have edited the calling hours in the bp transaction for the sold-to-party.
Doing some debugging, we realize that a wrong rule is called from the web dympro, in table SCRULE, when the user creates a new incident from the work center

I have already implemented this note and the "Sold to Party" is correctly assigned to the service desk message, but the problem, unfortunately, persist.
It seems that the system doesn´t take in account the rule for the sold-to-party, but always the first rule for the table SCRULES, that is not assigned to any BP.

Check, whether the "Sold-To-Party" is automatically assigned to the service desk message.
If this was not the case, change the configuration according SAP Note 1165357.
