Digital signatures

Dear all

I have created Digital signature for one of the document type. Following steps are performed by me

1) Created authorization group

2) Created individual signature for 3 different users

3) Created signature strategy for above group and released it

4) I have assigned it to Release status of that document type.

When my user went and tried to sign it- I am getting following message.

"SSF information for SAP user "XXX" not found- can you tell me the reason?

apart from this I have following queeries?

Can we use same signature strategy for diffent document types?

user defined in individual signature should be sap user with authorization for that document type

Dear Sandeep,

While defining Signature Strategy in SPRO, change signature method to "SYSTEM SIGNATURE WITH AUTHORIZATION BY SAP USER ID/PASSWORD"

this will solve ur error.
