Document distribution

Dear all

I am in the process of completing config. in devlopment server for Document Distribution.

1) I have activated the WS20000104 & WS20000137 workflows

2) Then I went to SPRO inside which Document Management=> Document Distribution=> General Setting=> SAP Business Workflows=> Activate Event type linkage and completed activation of it.

3) Then I went to SPRO inside which Document Management=> Document Distribution=> General Setting=> SAP Business Workflows=> Verify workflow customizing after this all 5 tabs should be in green colour which indicates that it is activated but I am having following status- please tell me how to go further on this.

3a) Maintain Runtime Environment- All tabs are Green after doing manual verification for last tab

3b) Maintain Defination Environment- Two tabs are not green those are "Maintain Prefix Numbers" and " Check Entries from HR Control Tables"

3c) Maintain Additional settings & services- Two tabs are not green those are "Maintain Web server" & "Maintain standard domain for internet mail"

3d) Classify task as General- Green status

3e) Guided Procedures- One tabs is not green that is "Maintain Guided procedures Gateway"

I have done the reuired config for my user id in SU01 that is initial name and RML as communication.

anything more required in document distribution?

Dear Sandeep,

I think the most recent settings are done for document distribution. Maybe just check in SPRO under 'Define distribution type' if you have set the value '2' for field 'File processing' in distribution type RML.

But based on your description I think everything is done well.

Please give me some inputs on this point.

Can you please explain what is "Maintain Prefix Numbers" and " Check Entries from HR Control Tables"?

We are not able to do anything to make it Green or OK status.
