For which workstation applications thumbnails can be stored?

1. How to compress the data on content server

We do not need to do any thing for compressing the data.

The data gets compress on content server according to the MIME type of data we store

For example

MIME Type Compr. approx.

DOC 50 %

XLS 50 %

PPT 50 %

TIFF 30 %

GIF 5 %

JPG 5 %

Compression of data taken care by Content server.
