Hi Subhash

He asked hw to create a tablespace not to extend a tablespace.

why do u need to add a tablespace?

Any way the options u can follow and give appropriate name and continue.

or else

CREATE TABLESPACE tablespace

DATAFILE (clause)

MINIMUM EXTENT integer(K/M)

BLOCKSIZE integer (K)

LOGGING/NOLOGGING

DEFAULT storage_clause

ONLINE/OFFLINE

PERMANENT/TEMPORARY

U can perform this with dba privileges

Note: This is not recommended

Regards

Bhaskar
