Transport Request

hi sap guru's,

IN TMS what kind of request will be transfer from one system to another system (example Role Tranport from one system from another system ) so my question is what kind tranport request done by sap basis consultant.

Hi Sathish Nagarajan,

What ever changes want to be made in PRD, as per the sap recommends first we need to change it in DEV where recording is allowed then these changes are moved to QTY system once the change manger make sure that these changes donot impact the production system.Then they will ask BASIS person to move it to production.

Changes are like :

ABAP source code change, report changes, data dictionary changes like creating table, Index, data types, OSS notes etc ., All the changes accumulated as transport request under STMS.Which can be moved to quality / production.
