Invoice information

Hello Forum Contributors,

Would like to ask on the invoicing part whereby can i select which lines charges or items to appear and not to appear in invoice? Thanks!

Hi YL,

You mean to invoice output(Invoice print out)

If yes this will be controlled through output program and script or smart form by the ABAPer as per your requirement.

Dear YEOW LENG LEE ,

If you are talking about Output(VV31)of Invoice, this will be maintained my Abapers.

Consult with your ABAP team to get the required lines in the output.

They will maintained the requirement of you in Smartforms(S mode) by which you will get the output you required.

Hi Yeow,

If you are talking about the invoice,

In the invoice in VF03, it is not possible to hide one item from the view while making some other item to be visible. Actually it is not possible to alter the appearance of item at all except for Bill of Materials scenario.

If you are talking about the output of the invoice, then it is possible technically to code in such a way that only specific items are printed in the output, while some others are not printed.
