SD consultant is the common word for the SD person who is looking care of Sales and distribution module in SAP.
Sales and distribution module is functional module so we can call functional consultant.
He can work for implementation project or support project.
But there no different words like SD functional consultant and support consultant.
When SD consultant works for the support project he is the SD consultant for the support.
