Well.. if you're not receiving mails then check your exchange server for connection problems... also check SOST.

SOCT

In the T-code SOST i am getting the following error

"550 5.7.1 Unable to relay for "

is this due to anything wrong in SCOT.

Exchange server

I am able to telent the port 25 of the exchange server from my SAp server.Is there anyother way to check the same.

Read /thread/158641 [original link is broken] . Also are some NEW firewall implemented in last time in your network? Regards.

Unable to relay....

Sounds like a problem with your "Relay Agent" in Exchange... please contact your mail admins and ask them to check that the ip address of your sap system is active on the relay agent,

Juan

Can u check ur SAP user id have Email authorization in SU01..?

Also u can check default domain name i.e mycompanyname.com...

U need to add following parameters in urs instance profile

1> icm/server_port_2 : PROT=SMTP,PORT=25000,TIMEOUT=180

2> icm/server_port_0 :

PROT=HTTP,PORT=8000,EXTBIND=1

3>icm/server_port_1:

PROT=HTTPS, PORT=1443, TIMEOUT=900
