SAPSYS problem

Hello,

On my production system (PRD) which is an 4.6C release, user SAPSYS lock many processes in SM50.

Solman 7.0 SP15 is used to monitor PRD.

I don't know what is SAPSYS uses for and how to release processes ?

Here is a extract of SM50 view on prd.

Hi

SAPSYS is an internal communication user, which access the tables from the dictionary and give access to the users.

Check in SM21 and ST02,

I think it is due to the swap problem check it out.

I have many swaped objects in ST02 but how can I kill those processes ?

Hi

In SM50 u can restart the workprocess with core or cancel with core.
