Hi All,
Could you plz tell me, How store the data in Repositories ? ( From Non-SAP and SAP )
Suppose i had 10,000 records.
Note : In R/3 for this BDCs, LSMW and Table maintanence Generators are there.

Hi Murali,
You can use functionlity in R/3 to directly save the data on ur machine in excel format. Other way is to use MDMGX transaction to extract the data in xml format. If u r trying it for the first time, for the time being just open the table contents in R/3 -> System -> List -> Local File -> Spreadsheet.
This will save your content in an excel sheet. Format the excel sheet so that there are no empty rows or columns in ur excel sheet in the begining.
Now use this sheet in import manager.Select your source and destination tables at top of import manager. Do the field/value mapping and matching on the base of any mapped field. do the import. Refresh DM and you will be able to the data in your destination table (selected by you in import manager).

When we are using Import Manager for importing data from Non-SAP and SAP Syatems ( In File Format )
the data wiil be automatically update/store in the target tables. Right ?
Yes, the Data will be updated in MDM tables in underlying database.
To see this date, you require MDM Data Maanager or UI or APIs.
