Hi All,

Is there any provision to create a sales order by reffering multiple quotations in SAP.

hi

you can create a sales order with reference to as many number of quotations you want

but the minimum criteria has to be met

sold to party must be the same

this you configuring in copy controls

goto va01

enter the doc type and click on create with reference

give the document number of quotation and click on copy

again in the sales document goto Sales Document ---> create with reference

and enter the other quotation number

and click on copy

like this you can create for as many numbers as you want

provided the sold to party is the same

Dear Rahul,

Yes, you can create a Sales Order with reference to several quotaions.

Go to VA01 enter the Order type and the sales area

In the next step under Sales Document tab header you can see the Option create with reference there you mentioned the quotations you want.

System will create the Sales Order with the referred quotations.

If you have any concerns revert back the same to me.

You can create one Sales order referring several Quotations.

In standard system you can do this only if the header customer and the sales area are same in the quotation and Sales order.

This is checked by the copying requirement 001, in copy control table at Header level of QT to OR.

If quotation has been created ,say for customer A and with reference to that quotation you want to create a Sales order for customer B , then you have to change the copying requirement to 002 instead of 001 at header level of the copy control table QT to OR pair.

If you want to refer several quotation in your Sales order, then in "Create Sales order Overview screen", go to the Menubar and click on "Sales document" , then click on " create with reference". System will give the dialog box, select quotation tab and put the quotation no, then if you want to refer completely then click on "copy" button below and you want to refer partially or want to make changes , then click on the " item selection" button.

Similarly you can refer several Quotation into one Sales order.

This is possible

Go to va01

Enter the order type and the sales area

this will take u to the SO main screen.

Under the Sales Document tab in the header there is a option of create with reference.

U can refer many quotations at one time.
