HTTP connection ?

hi,everyone,

SAP CRM is connected to SAP XI by 'HTTP Connections to Ext. Server' using T-CODE 'SM59',but now the message appeard like this:

HEADER NAME HEADER VALUE

~response_line HTTP/1.0 500 Empty HTTP request received

~server_protocol HTTP/1.0

~status_code 500

~status_reason Empty HTTP request received

set-cookie sap-usercontext=sap-language=1&sap-client=200; path=

At the same time,the error appeared in the log document of XI,follow as:

HTTP request processing failed. HTTP error will be returned. The error is .#

How to solve this question ?

I have use the XIAPPLUSER user to test,but the error is still on,and reponse that HTTP 500 Empty HTTP Request received

Please provide some more details about your scenario (what are you trying to send exactly from CRM to XI?) and RFC HTTP connection configured in CRM.

I think your main problem is not http 401 (unauth.) but rather that the HTTP handler in XI receiving CRM request is finding something empty, and thus doesn't know what to do with it.

Hi Amanda,

401 error is due to User authentication.Check if the service user you ar logging with has the required user roles.

Did you use XIAPPLUSER or anyt other????
