OUI hangs during ora 10g installation on hpux 11.31

Hi,

While installing SAP R3 4.6C in oracle 10g/hpux 11.31, we are facing problems while installing database instance.

The OUI hangs extactly at 2%, when it extracts the files to the /oracle/SID/102_64 directory.

We have checked the

- HPUX kernel parameters & OS patches

- Filesystem Size

- Permission

- Java Version ,etc

- Changed the softwares

But we are not able to proceed further to install it.

We tried it more that 15 times, every time it hangs at 2%
