Finite Scheduling on the Secondary Resource

Hi

I have a master recipe with a secondary resource assigned in the phase, this has been ciffed to APO and the secondary resource is visible in PPM inside Mode.

Also, the secondary resource is selected for finite scheduling and the settings are maintained in the resource as well as in the strategy profile.

Now, when I take a CTM run, then the plan is generated considering the availability of the primary, but when I try to reschedule these orders, then order are scheduled even during the non working time of the secondary resource. I am using reschedule heuristic or sometimes manually scheduling these orders in DS board.

Kindly Advise.

Hi

Pls look at the strategy profile. Check whether Non working times has been ticked . If so, then de select the same and save

Found an OSS note which says that you cannot do finite scheduling on the Secondary Resource if it assigned to a Sub-operation or to a Phase in a Master Recipe. Guess thats it.
