Hello..
I have small and basic question...
Suppose if i wated to develop a interface in XI how meny biz systems should i need?? is two is enough???
example...if i wanted to interact with any bank(JPMC).
so i need to define two biz systems...1)SAP 2) Bank..
if that is correct how we define biz system for a bank in SLD???
Thanks,
SP
Hello SP,
The answer to that will depend upon how you want to design your landscape scenario. You can have a Business System or a Business Service for communicating with your Bank.
You will have to define a Business System in SLD by clicking on link Business Landscape.
Check the SLD help ...

or

Also, in case you are new to SDN, please remember to assign points to helpful answers/solutions given by other SDN members in response to your questions.

Hi sp,
Number of business sytems to be defined depends on number of source and target systems in your scenario.
In your case assuming SAP->Bank two systems are required.
For defining business systems refer these links..
