Hi,
I'm customizing SM 7.0 SP15 to manage several customer numbers. I've configured all Solution Manager Basic Settings steps and sub-steps:
General Settings
Connection to SAP
Online Documentation
Authorizations/Users
HTTP Services
System Landscape
Service Data Control Center
Diagnostics
EarlyWatch Alert
Business Partners
iBase
Basic BC-Sets for Configuration
Number Ranges
So, SM works because I receive EW Alert from several customers, connection from customer to SAP is working, etc...THE PROBLEM is when I run from Solution Manager System notif_create transaction nothing happens, nor open other screen nor error message appears...
Please could you told me as I could investigate about this problem??

Did you try to run /nSU53 to check whether it's due to any authorisation failure for your User ID.
If Standard, appropriate roles from SAP were used, I don't suspect a problem there. If customised roles were granted, you may like to check that NOTIF_CREATE is allowed.

Hi Srini,
When I run transaction notif_create, sap screen goes to SAP Easy Access initial page. After It, If I run /nSU53, it indicates:
The last authorization check was successful
The user who I execute this transaction notif_create has roles:
SAP_ISSUE_MANAGEMENT_ALL
SAP_SMWORK_BASIC
SAP_SUPPDESK_ADMIN
SAP_SUPPDESK_PROCESS
SAP_SV_FDB_NOTIF_BC_ADMIN
When I run this transaction any error appears nor authorization nor Basic BC-Sets for Configuration...
