Hi experts,
I would like to know the different kind of report that i can use for service desk reporting .I have used service analysis report directly from the solution_manager transaction,
but was not able to execute it properly,

Hi,
You can go to transaction, CRM_DNO_MONITOR. On the selection screen enter the transaction type for service desk.
You will get the service desk tickets.
On the selection screen, you can enter more filter values like status, busines partner
