create message User ** does not exist

hi,

I have been set-up service desk.

when I create message through "help-create support message" in

satellite systems, message can be created, but there is error infomationUser ** does not exist.

In the same satellite system(SID DEV) , there are two users isv00001 and isv00002.

In solman system, I have been created bp (ID:50). I deliver CRM0001 type of Identification for this bp.

CRM0001 DEV 00000022233 800 ISV00001

CRM0001 DEV 00000022233 800 ISV00002

pls help me.

hi,

My question have been solved.

I active some bc-set, many configuartion have been changed.

I maintain the value of "NO_USER_CHECK" with an "X" and this question is ok.
