output problem

I have an order in which the quantity is 10,000 kg

and the price is 3.85 per kg

this is what i have given and i saved and when i took the print out...i see as the order quantity is 10.000 and the price is 3,85 per kg...

comma becomes period and period as comma

what should be done at this point, please give me a solution

For decimals there is user setting in tcode SU3.

I have changed in Su03...but its the same...no changes

since i am doing an export invoice...and should i also maintain output conditions records for export? that is the reason it is coming that way?
