net amount in words

Hi friends,

when we create a out put for invoice how can i get the the amount of invoice in words i.e for 5450rs, i also need Five thousand Four hunderd and Fifty rupees, ca any one pls let me know how can it be done.

To Spell amount in words, there is function module SPELL_AMOUNT.

Use the function /RGCS/SRTAMOUNT_TO_WORDS

Input : Rs.100.25

Output : Rs. One Hundred and Paise Twenty Five only

You can use this Function module in FORM - HR_IN_CHG_INR_WRDS for converting amount into words.

Hi Balu,

there is a possibility to do that ask your ababer to do that. they will call the function module and they will do. you just explain the technical consultant it willbe taken care.
