Problem in settlement

Dear All,

I want to settle the WBS element to Cost Centre

But system is giving error "Either the sender is already settled or there is nothing to settle".

In the report CJI3 system shows the actual cost on WBS element. It means WBS element is having actual cost, which i should be able to settle.

I have maintatined settlement rule for WBS element. What could be the problem?

Mention appropriate settlement period while executing the settlement. Check if you actually have any costs on project for the period and ensure to use this as settlement period.

I have question related to same topic:

Can I settle WBS before Technically Comleting it?

OR settlement should be done only after technically completing?

Hi Prasad,

Create a New WBS element & post some actual on it.Check the settlement profile & settlement rule once again.Check the Periodic or Full Settlement.

Thank you for your response. I have mentioned same period and also wbs is having actual cost. Still system shows message as "Either the sender is already settled, or there is nothing to settle"
