Cleanup Logs

Hi Gurus ,

We using R/3 ides for our environment . We create a new client 200 , and login as a user with SAP_ALL , and SAP_NEW rights . The problem is if i run cleanup logs service in DB13 tcode , it showing nothing . The colour also not changed . Kindly suggest me how to resolve the problem .

We download brtools 6.40 and import into our kernel . Then i ran cleanup logs , But this time the detailed log gives different error . Below i mentioned that error .

Brtools 7.00 its showing , then what i have to do ?

Download brtools 640 (and the installation manual) from Marketplace and downgrade brtools.

That should solve the problem

We using Oracle 9 , then how do i find the brtools version ?

just go to the command prompt and call brtools you'll see the version on the top.... for Oracle 9 your version of brtools should be 640.

hi selvan,

in the log it is clearly stated that the database connection was not done.

so check whether ur database is in good condition and properly running.

also try to use brtools .........
