Block adding lines in deliveries LF

Hi gurus,

when we create a delivery from a sales order (type delivery LF), system allows add new lines in delivery without reference to sales order. We need system doesn't allow add new lines. Is it possible?

In customizing for LF is required sales order.

[Yes] certainly this is possible through standard setting.

Go to 0184, select the delivery type and item category group. There [maintain blank field for ItmC] (5th column from left). By this setting, only whatever line item is in sale order, you can create delivery only for that item and no new line items can be created.

Hi Daniel.

I recommend you to create a new item category determination for items without sales order reference, for example item category ZERR.

Then, check when you save the document if this kind of item exists.

Here the example to this using userexit in program MV50AFZ1:

FORM USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE.

Loop at xlips.

message e900 with xlips-posnr.

The message e900 need to be created according your requirements with trx SE91.

this is not possible in standard SAP. If ur client requires this, it can be achived with the help of a programme.

Hi,

Please do the need ful settings in copy control from order to delivery ( VTLA ) at item level - quantity field..

And also do the need ful settings in item completion rule in VOV7 item category filed...
