Repository not loading with Zero errors

Hi,

I am not able to load my repository. I was having 1 Non Fatal error

which i fixed by Verify/Repair and now the repository has

0 Fatal errors, 0 Non Fatal Errors and 0 Warnings

Can you suggest me where actually the issue is and how to fix it ?

Hi,

After Verify-Repair option,say Load repository-with Update Indices Option.This will consider the changes made by repair option,n then load the repository.

Thanks for the quick reply. Yes after repairing the repository, I tried with Update Indices Option, But then also it is not loading up.

I am using MDM SP5 version.

Hi Susil,

You can try this after restarting the console. Sometimes it happens that if your console sessions is establishe for a long time then it stops responding properly. If this this does not work then try it by restarting your MDM server.

Hi Dheeraj/Nisha,

We are using MDM SP6 and not MDM SP5. sorry for the

inconvenience.Yes we have restarted the MDM server yesterday. Rest

all repositories are working fine except the particular repository.

Hi Susil,

As you have mentioned that rest all the other repositories are working fine, you can try taking a back-up of your repository by Archiving it.

Un-archive the repository with a different name and check whether your problem has got resolved in the new copy of your repository. This can be used a test case.

Hi All,

Thanks for all your help. I do not have the privilege to restart the

server. Would let you all know and allocate points if this works.This

had worked fine with me once with MDM SP5 on my local machine.
