1. The company has 10,000 stock for a material but for each customer it wants to restrict to 100 qty in a sales order, how do we configure the same.

2. There are 100 of sales order due for delivery & billing but due to change in taxes (instead of 10% to 12%) the updation has to take place, how to we do for all order at one go.

Dear Ramesh

- Through Quantity Contract you can restrict this

- Just change the percentage in FTXP. System will take care automatically, when you generate billing and will fetch the new tax

thanks

1. For this, you have to use the ATP check as per Product Allocation. What it does is that you have to maintain the Quota for a particular customer in the planning version (generally 000)of Info Str. S140. This can be maintained period wise. You can set-up your own info str. also if the standard fields in S140 do not meet your req.

Now during SO entry, the ATP check would be performed against this Quota (say 100 EA) and customer can buy only upto 100 in that period.

2) Goto VA05. Give sel criteria and Execute. Select the Sales Orders for which you want to change the Prices. Then goto Edit - Mass Change - New pricing. Select an appropriate pricing type (maybe K in your case). all the SO's would be updated

Hope this helps
