Let me the process flow for Make to order & Make to stock, what is the differnce between them, how to know it is MTO/ MTS in a sales order and brief me about config too ...

1. What is the role of MRP in a sales order, ATP & TOR ?

2. In a trading company, the customer has firstly order for 10 qty, which needs to be procured externally by others in the dept & then customer cancels the order & make the qty to 5. My question is how in SAP system the message will be conveyed to others.
