Notes for Approval not saving in Shopping carts

Hi,

We are in SRM 4.00 & recently we applied service pack 12.

From then, notes for approval is not saving in the Shopping cart,

I have tried with OSS notes 1093840 / 1067625 ...but not helpful.

Can any one let me know how to resolve this issue.

Hi,

The latest SP for SRM 4.0 is SP13. It was released on 08.04.2008.

Please check the note 1014861 Approval note is deleted after buyer adds a source of supply. If it does not solve your issue, please create a customer message in SAP Service Marketplace.
