How to Change Order Item Historical Data in SPP?

Hi,

We are trying to adjust the demand history of a product at Order Item Level in transaction (/SAPAPO/SPPDMRD) but we are getting this error

" (Close) realtime data load (DS 9ARAWCRT, QS IDSCLNT001, DTA 9ARAWCRT) not started."

We have refered to SAP Note 967059 and SAP note on real time data load in SPP (918444).

However when we cannot select the "Real time Data Acquisition-Infopackage" check box in the "Create Infopackage" dialog box.

Kindly let me know if there are any suggessions.

we do have the same issue. But, we are at 7.0,

can we apply this note 918444, pl suggest

Hello Kannan - We are stuck in a similar situation and unable to figure out what needs to be done. Can you please let us know what you did to resolve this issue? Really appreciate your guidance.

The issue gets resolved by application of note: 918444.
