Hi,
I'm customizing SAP Solution Manager 7.0 SP15, in a VAR(manage several customer numbers) SAP
The job SEND_SYSTEM_RELATIONSHIP_TO_SUPP is cancelled daily, at the log:

The ownner job and the person who created the job is the same
I've only found one SAP Note which references this error 1125595 - Wrong message about job status, bit it types that Correction delivered in Support Package at SAPKITL425, and my SM 7.0 SP15 system is:

First of all, thanks for your reply.
I'm in a VAR SAP, so I've to manage several customer numbers. SAP Note 1128998, refers error Message AI_SC_EN 207 and "No data found". Now, the error that I've in the job SEND_SYSTEM_RELATIONSHIP_TO_SUPP is
Your user has no SAP Support Portal user assigned AI_SC_EN 060
"Diagnosis
Your user GRUPOTEC does not have any S-User in SAP Support Portal assigned for customer number 0000460563.
System Response
The functionality you want to use needs such a user assignment for communication with SAP Support Portal."
At this moment, I've manage three customer numbers: one is my company(VAR SAP) and the other two are from others customer.
In AISUSER transaction:

So, I don't understand the message error, because is normal, that GRUPOTEC does not have any S-user in SAP Support Portal for customer umber 0000460563(this number refers to other customer number different to GRUPOTEC)

Hi Raul,
The user who is executing the background job needs to have an assignment to an S-User for each customer.
I assume that user GRUPOTEC has scheduled the job
In your case:
- run transaction AISUSER
- add an entry with
GRUPOTEC 0000460563 <S-User of customer>
<S-User of customer> requires at least "Maintain System Data" authorization.
