Hi Rao,
You can go through the following links to help you e-learn XI.
To get an overall idea about Netweaver in general ypu can refer the book : SAP Netweaver(or for dummies) By Dan Woods and Jeff Word.
The blogs on sdn.sap.com provide a very clear understanding of the concepts involved.
All the best.
Cheers,
Chandra

Hi Rao,
I recommend the book from SAP PRESS on XI.
Its a great overview dealing with the whole system landscape, concept on building interfaces ,software logistics and many many more.
try to work on a real system during the reading process.
as an XI instructor i believe this is the best way to get known with the product.
After that try to configure the demo scenarios given as a content during the XI installation and get to know it deeply .
Good Luck
Nimrod
