how do i extract the system status of the inspection lot?

Use the object id in the QALS table, QALS-OBJNR to link to the JEST table.

QALS-OBJNR = JEST-OBJNR

The JEST table will provide you with a list of statuses, (business transactions really).

You can use the field JEST-STAT and look up the text you see in an inspection lot from table TJ02.

JEST-STAT = TJ02-SYSST

Your probably looking for TJ02-STAT and TJ02-STATUS

Make sure you check in in JEST the field values for JEST-INACT. Any statuses with an X in this field means the status no longer applies.

Also, TJ02T will contain the translations for the TJ02.

Hi Raf,

If you want to know the system status of the inspection lot, then click on the status details button ( i button in blue colour) near user status field.

This will give you details of the system status.
